Sautéed Chicken Livers

Inredients:

  • 2 lb. chicken livers
  • 4 T. sour cream
  • 2 T. mayonnaise

Directions:

1. Wash chicken livers; grease and preheat large skillet on high heat.

2. Fry until becomes gray on the underside. Flip livers over and fry again. Salt to taste.

3. Wait until browns.

4. Turn down the heat a notch and add sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix.

5. Turn heat to low and simmer for app. 10 minutes.

6. Serve with rice. The saucy substance of sour cream and mayonnaise on the skillet is a very delicious gravy.
